The KPV chemical dilution pump station mixes water and neat detergent or neat disinfectant in a small holding tank located within the unit.  The dilute detergent or disinfectant is then transferred via a stainless steel booster pump and pipework to a satellite station for applying foam or disinfectant.

The KPV is equipped with an automatic start / stop function.  If the outlet pressure drops the pump automatically maintains the pre-set pressure by means of an inverter drive.  The outlet pressure of the KPV is variable by turning the pressure adjusting controller.

The type of KPV station required is selected on the basis of the number of operators simultaneously using the foaming and disinfecting function.

The KPV unit requires a suitable water supply and a three phase electrical supply.

The unit can be placed directly in food production areas.  The unit has been designed to EHEDG guidelines.
